Has my ADF laid eggs??

Hi!

I've heard one of my ADFs singing at night and the other one has looked a bit chubby lately (but she's always been a bit wide so it's hard to tell)..
I've just noticed what maybe looks like eggs in one of the artificial plants so please can someone tell me if they are actually eggs and what I should do??

Also, for future reference, how often can ADFs lay eggs?

It's possible but if you don't remove the eggs they will eat them. ADF are not parents.
