HELP! baby mantis shrimp? or amphipod?

can anyone tell me if this is a mantis or amphipod? i have a few of them running around when the lights come on

if you zoom into the middle, you can see it more clearly. doesnt seem to have claws from what i can see.

i told my buddy thats what i thought, but when i was researching mantis shrimps i saw similar pictures of babies.
