Help deciding LED lights!!!

I have a 15g reef tank and the top is 13 inches wide, I've been searching for clip on led lights but there is too many to choose from. I don't wanna break the bank on lights. Im new at this and need your help!!! Please send me your ideas.

Ieventually want to some soft corals. Whatever is beginner level ones at least.

On the corals prob between 10 to$40 but I'll spend up to $150 on lights.

You could by a par38 bulb. Ecoxotic sells some good ones.

I'll look that up thanks. I was looking at Wave-point 12-Inch 16-Watt Super Blue and DaylightMicro Sun LED High Output Clamp Light. But im not too sure about it or not yet.
