Help! How high do I hang taotronics??

I just got two Tao tronic 120w led lights in the mail for my (soon to be) reef tank and was wondering how high I should hang them above the water level of the tank?

I believe around 12" is good.

Yeah, somewhere between 6" to 12" should be good. I would just be sure to hang the lights so that there's some room to change the height as needed.

I used a few chains and some shelf hangers to suspend mine above my tank. It works quite well.

I think 10 inches above the water level is best. It helps give total coverage without nuking new corals during acclimation.

I keep mine at 10 inches
it mostly depends on depth of tank and coverage you need

The box for mine said no less than 10 inches.
