That colonize stuff must be magic.....just kidding. But it has done wonders for my tank.
48 hours after dosing ammonia up to ~1.5 ppm, the ammonia is at 0, nitrites a little less than 2, and the nitrates have risen 5-10 ppm from where they normally sit. This thing will cycle!
