Help ID Red Rock

I have this stuff on all my live rock seem to not come off unless I scrape it hard.......here 3 photos...Please help
PS snails and other critters dont remove it

Could very likely be so. Easiest way to tell is simpley run your finger across it. If velvety or hard and does not come off, it will be coralline. If it's slimey and comes off, nasty cyano.

It does feel kind of slimey....if you rub it it dont come off....if you keep picking it with your nails it will come off......I dosed my tank several time with CHEMI-CLEAN....dont seem to affect it one bit....Im setting up a new tank and dont what to put the rock in if its cyano.......any other suggestion.??

Stop adding the chemi clean it won't have any affect, it's not cyano. It's a form of coralline as Scott suggested.

I have the same stuff in my tank it looks really nice next some of the pinks that I have.
