Help! Weird stuff in tank!

I've had this tank running for about a month and a half now, and I noticed this weird brown stuff growing on one of my plants. I have no idea what it is. It looks almost like...hair? Can someone please tell me what this is and if I should be worried?

Stocking:
Blue Ram Cichlid
Red tail shark
Two Dalmation mollies, one balloon Molly (captive bred in freshwater)
Bristlenose pleco
8 ember tetras
A Nerite snail

23 gallon Fluval tank

It's probably a species of hair algae.
