Help with lights and heater

Hi all,
I recently came across a 15 gallon tank and hood. I currently have a 10 gallon and would like to transfer my fish and plants. I need help selecting a new light and heater. My tank is planted with a few plants which have been doing well in my current setup. I am trying to find a light that will work but it is so hard to find good information online. I would like to try LEDs but don't know where to start. As for the heater same thing. Reading reviews people say a certain heater sucks while others say its amazing. I'm stuck trying to find what's best and need some advice. Thanks!

Egeim jager is a fantastic heater. I couldnt be happier with all mine.

As for leds.. what light level and whats your budget?

I would say around 60-70$ for the lights. Something for a low-tech planted tank.
