Help!!

I am noticing with one of my Silver Mollies everytime her gills open its super red underneath. I've tried to research it online but cant seem to match it with anything. My other mollies do not have this redness. Is she sick? There is no type of fungus growing on her at all either.

What are the water parameters?
Ammonia?
Nitrites?
Nitrates?
pH?

Is it swimming abnormally, breathing hard, anything like that?
