High Nitrite and Nitrate

Hi, I am currently doing a fishless cycle. It has been a week. Right now my tank seem to be stuck on 5+ ppm nitrite and 160 nitrate while my ammonia is 0. I did about 40% water change yesterday because green tint water. I was wondering if the cycle could had stalled or crash? I did dose stability for 2 days but stopped using it. Thank you.

10 Gallon tank
PH: 8
Ammonia: 0
Nitrite: 5+ (dark purple)
Nitrate: 160ppm (red)
Currently there is only 2 moss ball, 2 driftwood, and java moss.

I did a large WC when my nitrites were high and whether it jump started my cycle again or just good timing, I don't know. I'd do one and redose ammonia.
