Hippo Tang Sick?

Ok Guys my hippos tang is always hidding and dosent eat at all ive tried frozen brine shrimp, Regular frozen cube stuff its called like formula something, those algae sheets i did a PWC yesterday idk if its sick or wut? my water is good all parameters are good all the other fish are stuffing there faces any help

If it a new fish try dose a little more garlic if he has not eaten more than 2 days.
