Hitchicker...pest anemone?

I bought this piece of dead coral with some polyps on it and i noticed one of these things on it. I noticed it in another part of rock, but then it seems to have made itself at home inside a little tube on the coral. As soon as light hits it, it shoots inside the tube it's living in. Any ideas on what this could be? and if I should try to remove it? Thanks for the help...

If it's moving that fast, it's probably a worm of some sort. I'd just keep an eye on it.

Sounds like a type of tube worm, they are ok to have. They are basically a mini feather dusters
