Hood lights??

How long do hood lights last? Mine has burned out after 3 wks...

They should last way longer than 3 weeks. Your supposed to replace them every 9 to 12 months because they loose their brightness.

My blue cool light incandescent 25 watt lose their dark blue color in 2 days... And it's burned thru to white.

I'd return the hood and get a new one

Did that... And i have two... One aqueon, one top fin... Both behaving exactly..:

I'm not sure then. It's possible it could be an over heating problem.
