How Large of a powerhead?

So I have a planted tank that I just put a DIY spay rod in, It now however has hardly any water movement and would like it to have some. What size powerhead should I put in it (How many Gallons per hour).

Hahaha sorry I guess that would be important to include in my posts...Its a 75 gallon tank. i dont want something thats going to make a huge amount of current, just a little to get some water movement if needed.

I would get atleast 300 gph, but that's just me.... I am not sure if it would be too much for the tank, but I doubt it. It would be cool if you could get one of those automatically rotating ones....
