How long does it take to remove meds?

I've just completed a Kanacyn treatment in a 6 gal tank. Can anyone give me a rough idea of how long I need to keep carbon in my filter to remove all the meds? TIA.

I'd keep it in for 24-48 hours, altho it will most likely all be out long before then.

Thanks William. It's been in for 24 hours now, so I'll leave it one more day just to be sure it's all gone.
