How many Lifeguard All-In-One treatment tablets should I add to a 29 gallon tank?

How many to put in at one time? It says one for every 5 gallons for five days.. the wording should be better. :/ does that mean I put 6 in at once or 1 every five days X per every 5 gallons?? I'm so confused.
