It's a 46 gallon, how should I cycle my tank, other than the Pure Ammonia way, what is the best way? There is no Pure Ammonia in my area...

You can do a fish-in cycle if you're dedicated to testing the water daily and potentially -8 weeks of daily water changes. If you can't get ammonia, some people have used raw shrimp or prawns from the grocery store; just put one in a media bag or clean (never washed with detergent) nylon stocking and toss it into the tank. Pull it out when ammonia gets to about 4 ppms. It can be very smelly though.

You can also use fish food or a piece of shrimp as your ammonia source. I've done it with fish food before, not as accurate as pure ammonia, but still better than fish-in to me!
