I can't decide which light fixture to get.

I'm deciding on a new lamp to go over my aquarium. I returned my Coralife Aqualight High Output T5 Dual Lamp Fixture to Petco hoping to exchange it for one that worked, but they didn't have one so now I'm on Amazon to order a new one with some other fish things and I came across another lamp, Zoo Med AquaSun T5-HO Double Light Linear Fluorescent Hood. It's a little cheaper and looks about the exact same as the Coralife.
Any recommendations?

What size tank ?
Don't do HO (high output ) unless you plan to add CO2.

What are your goals for the tank ? Fish only ? High light planted ? Low/Med light planted ?
