Ich medication that works in 24 hours??

There is a medication called clout that claims to remove ich in 24 hours? Does this sound realistic at all and does anyone have any experience with this medication?

I have no experience with it, but reading up on it, just be aware that it isn't reef safe. If it was claiming to be reef-safe AND work in 24 hrs , I'd say it's not realistic. But that's not the case...
