1~What type of fish is afflicted? In addition, please describe what is wrong with the fish to the best of your ability (i.e. cotton like growth, bloated, etc.).
Siamese shark has ich, and is on a day 2 out of a 3 day treatment with esha exit, and his white spot doesnt seem to be getting much better. Also i hve just noticed his tail fin has been eaten away and has a blood streak on it. So i dont no if this is a battle wound or is this fin rot?, as all his other fins seem to be fine.

2~What are your tank parameters (ammonia, nitrites, nitrates, temp, pH)? Please give exact values.

pH - 7.5
NO2 - <0.3mg/l
GH- 8dH
KH - 5dh
Temp 2degrees.
CO2 - 2.4
3~ How large is the tank? How long has the tank been set up?
40 litres, set up for 3mnths.
4~What type of filtration are you using? Please give the name and number (i.e. Fluval 304) and amount of gph if known.
Rekord 60
5~How many fish are in the tank? What kinds of fish are they and what are their current sizes?
Siamese shark - 2inch
Pictus Catfish - 2inch
2 spotted newts
6~When is the last time you did a water change and vacuum the gravel? How often do you do this? How much water do you remove at a time?
Water changed about 9days ago, 20-25% removed
7~How long have you had the fish? If the fish is new, how did you acclimate it/them? ive had the fish about 1mnth, acclimitised by fish and bad placed in the water for 30mins, then adding some water to the bag for 30mins then release.
8~Have you added anything new to the tank--decor, new dechlorinator, new substrate, etc.? no
9~What kind of food have you been feeding your fish, have you changed their diet recently? Blood worm and flakes.

If the problem is fin rot as well as ich can i combine treatments?
