Ich treatment

I have two clownfish in a ten gallon that have a few spots on them and one of them has a place one his rear stripe that looks like it's ripped open how do I treat them I have coral in this tank that I can move to my other tank if needed but if I do that will it be safe to put the coral back in after treatment
