Yes. It needs to be cured right away. I would recommend a product called Quick Cure.

Yes and it's likely the other fish in the tank who don't have the spots are already infected. What is your stocking? I only ask as increased temperature in conjunction with medication is normally the best COA for ich but some fish react poorly to high temperature.

If you use quick cure it will stain the silicone seals and decor in your tank.
Try using the heat and aquarium salt method. Proven to work and much safer.

Turn heat up in the tank too. And look up the salt treatment.
