The first one is some kind of wrasse I think. The second is a flame box crab.

Edit: I think it's a clown wrasse.

Thanks yeah i figured it was a wrasse too, its beautiful, wish i would of kept it but it probley illegal huh?

If you've got a fishing license, and caught it, I think you would be OK. It's up to you to keep it alive, or kill it and eat it( not that I would eat a wrasse). Don't think they could really say much about it, unless there was some regulation on wrasses.

The second one is also called a shamefaced crab right?

The wrasse is Thalassoma trilobatum - I think usually called a ladder wrasse.

I believe Thalassoma trilobatum is usually referred to as a Christmas wrasse.

my lfs has one of those fish, they have it listed as a parrot wrasse.
did u keep them both or throw them back?

Parrot wrasse are different from those.......
