From the 2nd picture it looks like 5 bands but its blurry.

It doesn't matter what you name it, 99.999999% of people won't know the difference.
 
I'm setting up a 75 and I'm getting a volitan lionfish and il name it a neutral name like spike.

A 75 is going to be quite small for a volitan. After adding LR you are going to be looking at a tank width of 12-15 inches tops. They have a max size o 12-15 inches themselves so they would have no turning room. I would strongly suggest at least a 120 I not a 150. He/she will be much more comfortable which means more swimming and you'll see more unique behavior.
 
The 75 gallon that I got is wider than most 75's also I got it with a canister filter rated at 125 gallons.
