ID Please: Tiny white worms on glass with antennas

Hi, I just found this little worm on the glass. He's moving slowly like a worm. There's two antennas in front moving with the waterflow.

Are they harmless?

It was really hard to take a good pictures, as he's so small...
 
I can't tell because there are just so many different types of worms that can find habitat in our homes.
Possibly a planaria worm.
How often do you feed your fish?
These worms are common with over feeding, and love to hitchhike in new Liverock.
 
That's not planaria, planaria describes a genus of flatworms. It is a type of polychaete. Looks like a filter feeder and is harmless.
