Anyone saw this before. Looks like a set of bum cheeks with a bunch of hairs poking out. Is it good or bad. It's very near my hammer if it gets closer its going in the toilet

Hi mate I've been trying to I'd this thing but its hard from the pics, could be a nudibranch of some sort or a stomatella snail.
I could be way off though mate lol

I'm going to with... and I too maybe wrong ... how about a sponge with a tube worm in the middle filter feeding?

I'm inclined to agree. It looks like a sponge, and the "hairs" look like a mini feather duster worm. It's not uncommon for these worms to be in the middle of stuff.
