That is a Favites. On the sand bed is fine for this one. Keep it a few inches away from neighboring corals.

Can I put it on top of the rock ( high flow area)? It seem to look nice over there ( red circle).

Depends how high the flow is and the intensity of the light

You can try it there with the stock lighting, but if it starts to lose color, move it back down.
There may be a war between it and that red chalice That chalice can let out 4" sweepers at night.
