Though if I were, I'm sure I'd have equipment that gave me readouts on a bajillion different things, as well as other equipment that maintained these levels.... this would be a manual test to verify all the equipment was calibrated to be accurate and/or working properly...
...that's just sick. $800+ for lights I can understand (lights are expensive in the first place), but a simple tester kit for ammonia, ph, salinity should be substantial enough for most.... but then again, there are those with lots and lots of money -- it surely isn't me!
