Just read through your build and I love it so far and can't wait for the updates! Only problem I can think of are the otos. If they are otocinclus then I don't think they will do well with peacocks and haps, or even the plecos. They do best in well established tanks that is heavily plated and has tons of algae and they do better in slightly acidic waters and I don't know how they would fare with your higher ph and with the larger peacocks and haps. They would most likely become a snack which could be a problem because I believe they are armored catfish and could get stuck. But other than that everything looks great! I love your use of dragonstone and the creativity with filters
