Is ICK harmful to my African Clawed FROG??? I"M Scared!!

I have a adult female African Clawed Frog who I feed gold feeder fish too. I went to the pet store (PETCO) yesterday and bought 10 large feeder fish,put them in my tank and discovered they all had ICK, 4 of them have died in less then 16 hours........ can my frog Named BOGART get ICK and is it harmful to my frog? I have had my frog for 4 1/2 years now with excellent health...no problems what so ever........i'm scared for my frogs wellbeing.........should I be mad at PETCO.......or should i be worried?

I'm pretty sure that frogs(all frogs) can't get ich.

Those are what I found as far as diseases, dropsy seems to be a problem, but nothing about ich, other than them being sensitive to ich meds
