I ordered this dragons breath macro algae on eBay and received it today. Does it look alive?

Looks ok. Give it some light and it'll color up as it grows and absorbs nutrients.

Stale, waste filled salt water does smell bad. Smell the skim from a skimmer sometime. There might be some die off from shipping, but it has color so no matter what it can survive. Just like a coral or that pee spot in the yard.
