Is Malachite Green safe for inverts?

Just curious if its safe to use to cure Ick with inverts in the tank?

Cure Ick contains Malachite Green and Formalin. It is definately not invert safe nor should it be used in the display tank. FWIW, it's fairly ineffective against C. irritans and quite stressful to fish.

Opt for hyposalinity or Cupramine instead in a proper quarantine tank. Be sure what your treating is indeed Cryptocaryon irritans though.
