Is my birdsnest bleaching?

I'm new to sps and was wondering if this is healthy or is it bleaching. You can kinda see white tips on the coral and I really don't want to lose it. Any advice and suggestions is very appreciated!

White tips on SPS normally indicate new growth.

I have a 12" 16w wave point on an 8 gallon

For how long you have this coral ?

That's 16x1W LEDs on 8g... I got 13x3W LEDs on my 20g...

I think you're fine, that's a very shallow tank so not much penetration is needed. It looks like the bn is near the top too.
