Is my fish tank done cycling?

My 5 gallon fish tank has been cycling for over two weeks now. Yesterday around 4pm I added 9drops of ammonia. Today I didn't add any and when I tested the ammonia and nitrite, both are 0 and when I tested nitrate it is 5-10ppm. Is my tank done cycling and ready to add fish?

I would say so, although maybe add some more ammonia today, and then test again tomorrow, just to be sure.

Thanks for your answer. The store isn't open tomorrow and I didn't feel like going on Tuesday so I just went out today and got 2 mollies and 2 platies.
