is my sunset platy pregnant????

Hi, would anyone be able to help, i have had fish for a few months now and latley i have noticed that two of my sunset platy have started to get bigger and are now starting to stay hidden and around the plants is that behaviour of them being pregnant? I havnt seen any of them mating with being at work all day and have never had this before they are in a 40 litre tank and none have any illness that im aware of. Im also unsure of the sex of the fish so could just be worrying about nothing. If anyone could help id be greatful.

Pictures would help. Then your fish and can sexed and you will have your answer about holding fry
