!?Is This Ich?!

So that's a Von-Rio Tetra, and he has what appear to be white spots all over him, a dozen or so. I know about salt and heat treatment for Ich, but I don't know exactly how to do it. If someone could please elaborate on that a bit. Also. If there is any other way to treat it, please explain.

Does it look like the fish has been sprinkled with salt? I can't see photos well I'm on my fone. If they do increase your temp slowly I did mine 4 hourly as I wanted too see how my fish & inverts managed with it. My temp went up too 87-88, increase oxygen with an extra airstone, I pwc & gravel vac every 2 days too help remove as much ich. Keep heat up a week after last visible spot. Good luck
