Is this Ich?

The white spots are smaller than they usually look with Ich to me. I started treating the tank and bumped up the temp 4 days ago and it doesnt seem to be helping.

What kind of pleco is that. Hard to tell from photos; could it just be the fishes coloration? Is the specking new?

Hm, ich is white salt like spots. It looks like pale yellow patches to me. But some aquarium salt and raise the tempature just in case tho
