This rustolem spray rubber is it reef safe? Anyone ever use it?

I'm going to err on the side of caution and say I highly doubt it.... even after it's cured, it's still likely a petroleum based product.

I thought so as well. Maybe ill email the manufacturer and ask if everything is chemically inert when dry. Just wondering if anyone's used it.

are you trying to reseal your tank? if so I found some at my local petsmart. 8 bucks for a tube of marineland aquarium sealant.

Did you ever get an answer on this? Can I assume it's safe to use on the exterior of a tank while it's empty?

No never got an answer I believe it is safe to use on the outside of the tank though. I decided not to use it after i sprayed it on some woods its pretty nasty stuff, its like tar.
