Is this tank stocked well?

I set up a 10g, decorated mostly with plastic plants but also with 4 small wisteria and 2 water hyacinth floating atop.

I'm planning on adding 5 harlequin rasboras and 3 pygmy cories, plus my betta if he tolerates the company. Is this overstocked? If the betta doesn't work out, I'll probably add another cory.

IMO it would be fully stocked.

Bettas are "hit and miss" for community fish. It all depends on their personality.
