Is this true

I was told that this list of cold water fish can survive in freezing temperatures please tell which ones can if any can thanks

Fat head minnow
Common gold fish
Mosquito fish
Rainbow dace
Rossy red minnow
White cloud minnow
Koi

minnows all listed to 25 degrees
goldfish fozen as long as air
and koi 25 degrees

as long as the water does not freeze solid, good water movement is helpful

Rosy red minnows are very hardy, mosquito fish can probably do it. In my area their so cheap why wouldn't you leave them out and see? Add long as the water doesn't freeze solid.
