Isopod or Amphipod?

Found this little critter in my CC when I changed to sand. Any ideas. Good, Bad?

I agree! When your lights are out and have been out for an hour or so sneak up to your tank with a flashlight and look. You will be amazed at all the life in the tank that you never notice when the lights are on.
