So I put together a little jbj 12g nano cube and as of right now the filter back/media compartment is empty besides a small thin sponge to catch big debris coming in from the overflow.
To start I'll explain the layout. The first compartment is where the overflow drains into and then goes through the sponge into the second compartment which is completely empty. This then enters the third compartment which contains the return pump.
So I was thinking I would use a small bag of chemipure elite and then some rubble rock to fill the compartments. My only question what do you guys think would be the most efficient placement for the sponge, chemipure, and rubble?
