Just added 4 Angels, One Kind of Lethargic

I just added 4 angels to a 75g tank that were purchased from Liveaquaria.com (2 blue, 1 black veil, 1 half black). One of the blues went straight to the bottom and didnt move much, and has now settled in a spot near an ornament and is not moving much.

The other three are very active and swimming all over.

How long until I need to worry, or should I worry now?

Do they ship the fish with some sort of sedative for the trip?
