So these are before and after pics of lighting in my tank. 1st pic is with 2 15 Watt bulbs. 2nd is new led lighting and 3rd is led moonlighting

Looks good . Are those the Marineland lights? I've got the same ones on my 10 gallon.

Yes and I love them. Should work great with plants. They are freaking awesome

What types of plants? My friend struggled to grow stuff with the Reef Capable Marinelands. I've never tried to grow anything with them personally because they're part of the kit I use for my QT.

Are those the reef capable ones?

Honestly I'm not sure. I just want Java moss on a stump/drift wood piece I'm getting and I know Java moss doesn't require too much lighting

Yeah, java moss will grow in the dark, lol. I think you're good to go, make sure you post some more pics when you get it finished up
