So after debating getting a system for awhile one popped up in my area on Craigslist. It is a Milwaukee regulator with a 5lb tank. I heard that I need to be a little worried about end of tank dump but I think I can monitor the pressure to help with that.
Anyway I don't have a diffuser and using a HOB filter so can't do an inline. For the time being can I just run the pipe to my hob in tank like a diy setup? In the long run what is the best way to diffuse?
I have a 36 gallon tank and running 4 18 watt cfl bulbs 6500k.
I was going to start the co2 an hour before lights and end an hour after. And was planning to run lights for 6-7 hours.
What should my target bpm? The other thing I got in the setup is a cal Aqua labs checker.
Right now I have some algae problems so hoping this helps.
Sorry for the long message.
