Just got some brine shrimp

Can anyone tell me the advantages of using brine shrimp as food for my fish?

Baby brine shrimp (BBS) have a fairly good nutritional value, while adults (unless they are gut loaded) don't. If you plan on raising BBS for your fish, you should feed babies ever 24 hours if you want them to get some nutrition. Otherwise you could use them as a midday snack and a little entertainment for the fish

They'd like some of the brine shrimp
