Koi has something on his tail

Hello everyone,

I got a baby koi and for the last 3 weeks he got something on his tail. I try using salt and fungus clear and nothing. It was worse and it got smaller but from there nothing as happen for days. He is acting normal, very active and eating a lot but I was wondering what is on his tail? It's look like something on his tail. It's kinda white.

Ah, got it. Imo either viral or damage which will clear up.

Did you see this thread below? May have gone through something similar? Salt dosing or dips which you are doing is the only thing I can suggest. Perhaps someone will know more.
