Kole tang digging?

I haven't really seen him but I think my little tang is digging pretty big holes

I have zoas and a plate getting buried now and the only new mobile livestock is a 2 inch (very) active Kole tang

Are you sure this is digging and not flashing?

Yes he has not flashed anywhere at all ever

So for him to flash 3 inch deep holes in the sediment seems unlikely
