L18- Gold Nugget Pleco

I am loving this pleco. I read in some places it can reach 6" and in others 14" that is quite a discrepancy. I have a 75 gallon so if I got a pleco in the future it would need to be smaller.

Any advice specific to this guy? Checking the profiles but I haven't found it yet thanks!

A true gold nugget stays no more than 6". I've had one for 12 years.

You'll like a GN pleco. I got mine this weekend and was a bit worried but he had to acclimate himself to the tank and now he's not hiding as much as he used too. Expensive little bugger but worth every penny I paid.

I was going to name him Bob but that didn't seem appropriate so I named him Yukon

Just remember that unlike other plecos this one is more of a carnivore than an algae eater.
