Hi, my intention here is to start a thread where the more experienced members can let us less experienced members know their information on aquarium lighting. I have browsed around and havent found a place where it is simple enough or complete enough.

Maybe some of you work with lights and can reveal the science behind it. Watts, lumens, color, among others. If you guys can point out some good articles Id be glad to review them and that way we can have the information available for other new members.
